Gift of a friend

With sore lips, red eyes, shaking legs and a heart with almost no hope left in it, she tried to comfort herself once again with the same thoughts like

” probably they were just in a bad mood today ;

“maybe they are doing this to make me realise the value of friends”

or

” oh wait! It was in my horoscope, it said that I might have a crappy day ”

Then she got up, wiped her cheeks, rubbed her palms with her pyjamas and then looked at herself in the mirror, all she saw was a girl with no confidence, no self esteem, no true friends, scars of betrayal and an urge to just give up .

But she was stronger than that and continued to go to sleep every night hoping tomorrow would be a better day and one day she would find a true best friend, who would always be by her side….

But world wasn’t such a cruel place, her wait was finally over when she had least expected it ;When things like pride and hope had absconded her .

She found a friend who never ever left her, with whom there was no awkwardness, with whom she never cared what’s waiting for her out there finally she felt complete. That’s when she realised that :

it doesn’t matter when you find a companion who completes you, the important part is that whenever you find them, value them cuz they are guardian angels sent for you from the heaven.

And this was the best part of their friendship they valued each other so much that they knew every single thing about each other, they knew when the other one is in a bad mood and the best time to talk About it….and so they were the perfect model for ” one soul two bodies”

When they became friends, it wasn’t like all problems just disappeared but now there was a huge difference and that was, this time she wasn’t alone, she knew someone always be there for her till their last breath; she was stronger and more confident and couldn’t be more thankful to her best friend.

Even they had fights and misunderstandings but those fights only made their bond stronger. They couldn’t even stay angry with each other for a long time cuz they lived in the same society; went to the same school, went to the same tuitions and in the same bus and most of all their friendship was admired by almost everyone so the matter HAD to be solved within a day or  max 2 .

She finally had a someone who always showed her the right path , gave her reasons to be happy , made her feel that she was worth it. Let’s name that someone an angel .
